Kita selalu diinginkan untuk sentiasa menghargai hari ini, kan. Tetapi perlu juga menghargai hari dahulu yang berlalu kerana kita memang mudah lupa akan bertuahnya kita di atas bumi Allah ini. Dipinjamkan nikmat-nikmat yang tiada tolok bandingannya dengan harta walaupun diberi selautan.

Pernahkah kita fikirkan, kerana keputusan yang kita buat dahulu kita telah mencorak masa depan kita, iaitu bermula masa sekarang ini. Pernahkah juga kita berfikir, jika kita tidak membuat keputusan tersebut, akan tiadalah nikmat-nikmat yang kita perolehi di masa kini.

Saya selalu percaya dengan erti kesabaran. Sabar dalam menempuh ranjau dan liku hidup. Setiap kesusahan dan sedikit kesenangan ini adalah hasil kesabaran. Memang betul kesabaran itu ada hadnya. Tetapi percayalah, hasil kesabaran yang ikhlas dan berterusan itulah yang akan dilihat olehNya, terus adalah lebih sukar untuk bersabar dan ikhlas kerana kesabaran itu.

Seringkali juga hati yang sabar ini dicuit rasa khianat dicemari kata bisikan syaitan tetapi tepislah dengan memandang mata-mata insan yang menyayangi kita. Belajarlah dari mereka, anak yang kecil dan bebas dari dosa lebih baik daripada kita yang sudah hidup separuh umur.

Cuti di Cameron Highlands

Salam semua,

hujung minggu lepas, kami sekeluarga telah ke Cameron Highlands.
Sedikit info berkenaan Cameron Highland :

Cameron Highlands is the smallest district in the state of Pahang which is located in the north-western corner of the state. One of the wonders of Malaysia, it is the largest and most famous hill resort in the country. This highland paradise still retains much of the charm of an English village. Being a primarily agricultural domain, you will find an abundance of vegetables and fruits farms here. Cameron Highlands is also the leading producer of flowers and tea in Malaysia. Be prepared for a lovely sight of extraordinary flowers you won’t see flourishing elsewhere in Malaysia! Located on the Titiwangsa Range at about 1500 metres above sea-level, the temperature here can drop to 16 ˚C or lower at certain times.

Cameron Highlands is made up of 4 main townships followed by smaller settlements at different elevations. The first town from the south is Ringlet, followed by Tanah Rata, Brinchang, Kea Farm, Tringkap, Kuala Terla and Kampung Raja.

Perjalanan kami sekeluarga bermula di kampung ibu bapa saya di Kg New Zealand, Maran. Pahang. Kami sekeluarga dijemput oleh adik saya, untuk turut sama menyertai sambutan ulang tahun perkahwinan dan hari lahir anak adik saya di Cameron Highland. Rombongan terdiri daripada ibu bapa kami, adik sekeluarga, saya sekeluarga dan 3 orang adik perempuan kami yang masih bujang.

Bermula pada jam 8.00 kami memulakan perjalanan konvoi 3 buah kereta ke Cameron menggunakan jalan alternatif (exit) Raub. Saya menggunakan (Notes) di dalam iphone saya untuk mencatat nama-nama jalan kerana tidak ramai yang menggunakan jalan ini, ramai akan mengikuti jalan Tapah. 

Inilah ringkasan perjalanan kami :

Maran > masuk lebuh raya pantai timur > (exit) Raub > felda lakum > felda mempaga > lebu > kg asap > bandar Raub > felda sg koyan

Pada jam 2 petang, kami tiba di Tanah Rata, Cameron Highland. Setelah beberapa kali berhenti di beberapa jenis stesen minyak kerana keperluan ke bilik air dan sebagainya. Perjalanan kami mengambil masa lebih kurang 6 jam.

Apa yang boleh saya katakan di sini, perjalanan kami berjalan lancar dan tidaklah memeningkan. Jalan ke atas menuju Tanah Rata lebih lebar walaupun berputar-putar. 

Fakta-fakta lain yang berkaitan :

1. Adik saya telah menyewa di Prima Villa Apartment dengan harga rm550 untuk 2 hari semalam , sangat berbaloi untuk trip dengan keluarga yang ramai dan selesa dengan keperluan harian yang mencukupi.

2.  Saya dan semua tidak muntah ketika naik dan turun dari Cameron Highland, tetapi saya mengalami sakit di dalam telinga yang teruk ketika turun dari Cameron Highland. Setelah saya titiskan i-drop barulah sakit itu hilang. (kalau berminat dengan produk-produk boleh hubungi saya, iklan la pulak)

3. Kami hanya pergi melawat tempat penjualan dan pameran strawberi kerana ladang-ladang teh didapati amat sesak disebabkan lambakan pelancong ketika cuti sekolah.

4. Saya mendapati kurang informati tentang restoran halal, jadi lebih baik jika menginap di apartment dan masak sendiri. Kami membawa bekal roti dan mee hoon.

5. Saya tidak membeli belah dengan bersungguh-sungguh kerana mungkin tidak gemar untuk bersesak dengan orang lain juga disebabkan (jammed) yang teruk di tempat-tempat yang menarik untuk dilawati.

6. Saya dapat lihat wajah ibu , ayah dan adik-adik yang gembira di sepanjang trip ini, itu lebih memadai.

7. Jika anda ingin lebih berjimat ketika bercuti, elakkan pergi ke Cameron Highland ketika cuti sekolah. Harga hotel atau apartment tentu lebih murah.

8. Kereta ayah saya berasap teruk ketika mendaki kawasan parking di Big Red Strawberry Farm kerana ketinggian kawasan itu adalah 45 darjah ke atas, tak sanggup nak pergi lagi lain kali. Tetapi sundae, waffle dan fondue strawberri di cafe memang sedap.

1st day officially in kindergarden

Salam,

Adam and Mia geared up for 1st day officially at kinder

All went smooth and early in the morning

hubby went out like before 7 am

and i went out with our kids at 7.19 am

miscommunication happened

Adam supposed to get in the van we hire for school

same with the secondary children

earlier than 7.15 am

i took both of them at mia's kinder

where Adam suppose to be picked up

i found this is hard

for Mia because she will be ready too early in the morning

so to be safe, tomorrow adam will be pick up infront of our home

before 7.15 am and Mia will be happy to send my me,,

at 7.30 am direct to her kinder

during today's lunch break

i watched adam gone back from his kinder

the van is already there before 12.00 (end of kinder time)

adam walked out from the kinder place

opened his cute umbrella

walked toward his van..

what a relief feeling...

funny thing that

he didnt want to share his umbrella with one of his friend

when he walked out the kinder place

he said, No ! this is my umbrella...go there..

poor thing the kid, left

i should told him to be nicer to others

and sharing umbrella is one of the nice thing to do

my kids is growing... huhu

the joy of Eid 2010

we were happy and proud to be meeting

Ramadhan and Syawal together this year

i love being with families

and looking forward to celebrate again next year

i was so happy that adam did his fasting so well

and i was so happy i cooked the meals mostly by myself

i was happy to look at my dearest hubby and kids liked it

very true that cooking do make your family closer..

and i thank Allah for your generous gifts of love

i was so happy i did not spend till i drop this year

i keep some saving

i do moderate spending...

hubby, adam and i eat healthy and lose some weight

i am so far of feeling skinny but i do hope i can stay fit

i missed Ramadhan so much..

1. babah took our pic at east coast mall yesterday, just hanging around and window shopping..hehehe i bought mia's 1st bangle pink,white and purple color for only rm7.90 she love it,,and only want to wear it during outing...she also wore pink stokins with her cute asadi's shoes..adam wore his new Ben 10 T, i bought it last time at the pasar malam for only rm10
2. mia's with babah in the tunnel at the Aquaria KLCC, our dream finally came true..we went with my parents, sisters. BIL and Dina - adam and mia's cousin..the experience was unforgetable and the place is so much fun.,just for one thing the Air Cond was soooo slow and the kids were sweating all day long...we went last weekend and stayed at my sis's place
3. Adam's cute+silly face during outing at Jusco Balakong, the mall were full with people, as always do..
4. my sisters - amy, diklah, nurul (other one syidah last time accompanied me to hubby's convo was at work)
5. hubby also with silly+cute face in front on Aquaria..we took a short break and bought souvenir
6. my dear mother aka Bestfriend with mia during outing at Jusco. She bought towels and comforter there..hehe...mak mak
7. adam hugged monumen at Islamic Civilization Park. We went to the park last time during weekend going back to kampung..lol...we brought along adam and mia's 3 cousins coming from Sabah...i love the park...fun if we go with kids...a lot to explore and play..
