Tips Hidup Hijau + Tips Jimat Tenaga

Salam :)

Lobby your local government to increase spending on sidewalks and bike lanes. With little cost, these improvements can pay huge dividends in bettering your health and reducing traffic.

6. berfikir sebelum membeli belah

9. Kitar semula barangan elektronik
- Guna selama mungkin barangan elektronik seperti komputer, telefon bimbit, pemain mp3.

Salam,

Malam ini malam yang sejuk. Kedengaran guruh-guruh kecil di luar sana. Anak-anak masih bermain dengan satu sama lain. Mereka didapati mengantuk, tetapi mengawal keadaan mengantuk kerana belum mahu masuk ke dalam bilik.

Saya terpandang pada bahagian dashboard blogger

Tekan Setting > Email and Mobile :

Mobile Template (beta)

QR code of mobile preview of your blog

QR code (abbreviation for Quick Response code) is a specific matrix barcode (or two-dimensional code) that is readable by dedicated QR barcode readers and camera telephones. The code consists of black modules arranged in a square pattern on a white background. The information encoded may be text, URL, or other data.
The technology has seen frequent use in Japan and South Korea, while the West has been slower in the adoption of QR codes Common in Japan, where it was created by Toyota subsidiary Denso-Wave in 1994, the QR code is one of the most popular types of two-dimensional barcodes. The QR code was created to allow its contents to be decoded at high speed.[1]

13 Creative Ways to Use QR Codes for Marketing (klik tajuk untuk baca seluruh artikel ini)

BY FC EXPERT BLOGGER RICH BROOKSMon Jan 24, 2011

Use QR codes to get Likes and Follows. You can create mobile-friendly landing pages with Facebook like buttons or lead them to your Twitter page for a quick follow. The name of the game is engagement, so a like or follow can create a long-term marketing opportunity. Caveat: so far the Like buttons that QR tags generate lead to the Facebook website rather than the mobile app. I don't know about you, but I rarely log into Facebook's website from my phone, so that requires extra steps the average person may not be willing to take.

QR Reader for iPhone

QR Reader for iPhone

By TapMedia Ltd

Create vector (EPS, SVG, XAML)and raster qr codes (PNG, TIFF, JPEG, GIF). Tracking analytics for dynamic QR Code. Embed image in QR code, Use QR code API and decode QR Code with web camera.ital is taking over.

Healthy Eating Plan

Salam :)

i choose to be happy today
and it did worked
i do stuffs at work, housework at home and family bonding
and i just love reading this article
so i want to share to the world
and to who didnt read about it yet
hehe

i am feeling good about myself
losing 10 kg give me a lot of hope and dream
i resetting my goals
i am in the journey to just love myself more
stay in good health to be at my kids grow up process
be with dear hubby for the rest of our live
and embrace what we have for the day

i am loving my mojo these days
the CT teams all are awesome and fun
i trying to be on time and on the release date
miggle with CT friends at the forum
at least check in 1 time a day

i am spending moments with Allah
doing my duty just for Him
just to be humble and be remind about anything
that is for me in the world
are not forever
i have Jannah to pursue, there...
InsyaAllah

so
come again to today's tips, ya ~

1. Right-size your portions. It’s great to eat a well-rounded meal, but make sure your portions are “right sized” rather than “supersized.” Check out the nutrition facts on packaged foods to know exactly how much food is considered one serving, then count or weigh the portion as necessary.

fliffy says : i love the idea of know your portion, i have been doing this with calorie counting so i am really aware of anything i eat for nothing comes in me loaded , i have better taste on food now and apreciate each bite rather than not having the taste and eat because everybody's eating.

2. Curb the fats (and calories) in restaurant dishes. Ask for dressing on the side and forego butter on veggies and sour cream on baked potatoes. When you place your order, request that melted butter isn’t drizzled on your broiled fish filet or other entrees.

fliffy says : when the kids is wanting for some chicken meal at KFC i am enjoying my side dishes and still have a bite of mia's chicken coz she never finished hers.. hehehe i am getting the fun of controlling my craving even though we are out at lunch at fast food...
3. Limit going out to eat (and take-out, too). If you don’t cook the food, you have less control — and knowledge — of the fat and calories in the dish. When you do go out, keep portions in mind. Even people who have portion sizes under control at home can struggle when eating at restaurants. Learn how to eyeball a 3-ounce serving of meat and a half-cup of rice, for instance, so that you can stay within average serving amounts. At restaurants, ask for a take-out container before you start eating, and put half of the meal in it for an easy lunch the next day.
fliffy says : this is so true, limited time for outing and home cook is always better choice, we did go out if i dont have classes of when the kids is behaving nice at home, just to reward them with side seeing and eating something mommy cant cook.. hehehe i wish i can bring bekal to office too but i am too lazy to wake up early and cook... maybe soon.. i'll try this
4. Count every calorie. People who eat a healthy diet can still get stuck with extra calories by nibbling here and there throughout the day. Whether it’s snacking, sampling while cooking, or “not wasting” food left on others’ plates, if you eat it, you count it. Start writing down every bite you take. You may be surprised at the weight you can lose once you keep track of every calorie.
fliffy says : yes, this is helping me like a lot ! i am having fun
5. Remember beverages. Sips of soda and juice can add up to many extra calories. A better idea is to drink regular or sparkling water throughout the day. You’ll stay hydrated and may even lose weight. Researchers at Virginia Tech found that people who drank 16 ounces of water three times a day before eating lost on average five pounds more during a three-month span than people who did not drink water before meals.
fliffy says : i have my time with orange juice and at the moment i love this one.. not too sugary and with a lot of fibre... hubby teach me to drink up juice with water to i can drink more :) and i super love plain water, and i really teach my kids to drink more plain water they getting to like it too...water distracted my mind from junk food !

6. Eat all three meals every day. For anyone trying to limit calories, skipping an entire meal (especially breakfast) can be tempting. Don’t. Going too long without food can make you excessively hungry at the next meal and cause you to overeat, consuming even more calories than you would have if you had eaten the skipped meal in the first place.
fliffy says : so so so true,, i eat when time for breakfast, lunch and dinner comes, i enjoy my rice and my food every time.. i just need to think for variation.. so i dint end up boring with foods
7. Slow down. Taking time to chew and really taste the food can help you eat less and enjoy your meal more.
fliffy says : i try to do this one..i am fast at eat... still working to be just slower... hehe
8. Eat for the right reasons. If you feel stressed, tired, or bored, it’s tempting to reach for a quick fix in the fridge or the cupboard. But this can add unnecessary calories to your waistline and ruin a healthy eating plan. Next time you find yourself craving a between-meal treat, ask yourself if you are actually hungry. If it’s hunger, satisfy it with a healthy handful of carrots, berries, or nuts. But if you’re just looking for a distraction, try going for a walk instead.
fliffy says : so true !!! i love this tips... i always satisfies my craving for chocolate with a spoonful of nutella, and fruits to replace pisang goreng and stuffs.. i i do eat it some times.. hehehe no harm i think if i just a taste :)
9. Resist the quick fix. Diets that sound too good to be true probably are, so avoid them. “Doing fasts, purges, and other unhealthy things backfires,” says Susan B. Roberts, PhD, professor of nutrition at Tufts University in Boston, and author of The “I” Diet. “Trying to do crazy things like cookie diets doesn’t teach good eating habits.”
fliffy says : just be regular and medium size of everything
10. Don’t give up out of frustration. Even if the scale isn’t moving, keep at it. Developing new habits takes time, and the scale may not reflect your efforts immediately. Getting more active, says Roberts, can be another way to help burn calories — and see more progress.
fliffy says : yes ! get more active and mostly happy :) it will change YOU just for the day ....slow down...think...smile and be positive !

time for yourself ?

Salam :)

have you ever have time for yourself ?
time just to unwind and enjoy time to be alone

007
p/s like my rabbit today, very grumpy and just didn't want to be touch hehe

some people said
being alone is not good
yes, quite true

but believe me
we need just a little time to be
alone

i really put up things for others..first
because i really care and love them
i really need their time to be smooth at everything
and when things flow right at its path
it satisfies me as wife , mummy and friend

but in the sense of feeling what i want to feel
want to really time..
i just need some time
alone

008
p/s big breakfast today

being with my own self really put me into deep thinking
thinking of how i gonna love myself more
to adore and appreciate that i have health and love today
because as for tomorrow
it just uncertainty and we never know
what will be and what will be taken from us...

seriously..
do we think about it

yes
that we sure want to enjoy life fullest
but beyond that
there are more to think and learn about

i see myself as journey
that every steps i take
will effect me and others
every decision and plan will fall
if He said so
and still i will keep on moving
forward

005
p/s dropped by at hubby school because he left his laptop
i am at my day off today..just want to be alone :)
this photo i took back from his school i love the arrow on the road

i just want to be
alone

i found to related article to read today :

Do you ever find yourself longing for some time for yourself? Many of us are so busy with work, school, and home life that often there is no time left over to do something that you enjoy. What follows are some ways to carve out that essential time you need to slow down, enjoy life, and rejuvenate yourself.

Scheduling Time with Yourself

1. Evenings with Yourself. Try to save certain weeknights just for you. If others ask you to do things those nights, just tell them you have plans. Use the time for gardening, reading, exercise, thinking, or the ultimate luxury of doing nothing!
2. Monthly Treat. Schedule a treat for yourself once a month. It could be on your lunch break, a weekend, or it could be leaving work early. Maybe you get a spa treatment, go see a movie, a haircut, play golf, or whatever treat you’re always thinking about but rarely get to. Schedule it in and it will happen! (xoxo)
3. Buy Tickets in Advance. Sports, theater, concerts, or any other event you would enjoy. Schedule the plans with a friend later. Having the tickets already in hand will force you to make it happen!
4. Leave Work on Time. Huh? Yes, many of us stay at work late on a regular basis. If this is you, make it a point to leave work exactly on time at least once a week, if not more. And then enjoy that time! Leave work at work.
5. Join a Group. Here are some ideas of groups that can allow you some time away from work and home: singing group, gardening group, astronomy society, book club, quilting (or any other craft) circle, biking/walking/running/etc clubs, ski club, etc. What are you interested in? Strike while the iron is hot. Look up a club in your area today and join! If you can’t find a club, consider starting one yourself!
6. Take an Adult Education Class. Take a fun class. If accounting is fun for you, then go ahead. If not, then think about some of these ideas: foreign language, photography, art, creative writing, or sports (kayaking, archery, golf, yoga). Belly-dancing anyone?
7. Exercise. For busy people it can be difficult to make time for this. But, you know what? You can do it!! All you have to do is decide today and then make it a reality tomorrow. A new habit is started with just one step. Take that first step tomorrow. Walk for 20 minutes in the morning. And then build on that success daily. Vary how you spend that time. On some days use the time for thinking and daydreaming. Other days listen to motivational audio and on days you want a real boost, listen to your favorite music! Here are a couple travel audio books you could borrow from your local library that will take you on a journey to a foreign land while you are walking or jogging: “Holy Cow:An Indian Adventure” by Sarah MacDonald or “The Places in Between” by Rory Stewart. If you’ve been exercising for a while and you usually listen to music, try go without any input for a change. Instead, let your mind wander and expand. (xoxo)

On the Go

1. Commute Via Public Transportation. If you can, ditch your car, and let someone else do the driving. Use that time to plan your day, do some reading, writing, creative thinking, or even meditation.
2. Driving in Your Car. Make the most of this time. Vary how you spend that time. If you always listen to music, perhaps also try: educational radio (NPR), positive audio tapes (suggestion: “Follow Your Heart” by Andrew Matthews) or even totally quiet time. Use that quiet time for brain storming. Either think in your head or even talk your ideas out loud. Bring a voice recorder. You could write a book via voice recorder over time.
3. Waiting in the Car. If you find that you have a certain amount of “waiting time” in your life, change how you perceive it. Instead of “waiting time” you can instantly change it into “me time” by bringing along reading, writing, or entertainment items. Or if you find yourself waiting and you don’t have any of these things use the time for creative thinking about your life or try some meditation.

Synergy

1. 2 Birds, One Stone. Look for ideas where you can fit in time for you within things you need to do already or that will have multiple benefits. See the ideas below to give you an idea.
2. Walk to Work. This is a a great one because you’re accomplishing many things at once. You’re getting exercise, you have time to think or enjoy music/audio, and you’re helping to save the environment.
3. Arrive Early. Any appointment that you have, plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early. Then use this time for you: reading, writing, meditation, relaxation, thinking, whatever. (xoxo)
4. Volunteering. There are so many benefits with this. You make a difference for others, you escape work and personal worries, and you grow as a person. If you could help one organization or group, which would it be? OK, now go ahead and Google them and find out how you can help – even if it’s just once a year.
5. Side Job. Find a side job at which you can make money, but that will also allow you to do something you love. Some ideas: coaching, teaching a class (art, writing, sport, hobby, anything else you know well), or training others (what special skills do you have that you could share with others? singing, windsurfing, math?)
6. Lunch Alone. Try sneaking away for a quiet lunch alone on a park bench or even in your car. Enjoy some quiet time with no one to talk to and no audio inputs. (xoxo)

Time Away from Kids

1. Organize “Mom’s Morning Out” Circle. If you have a friend or group of friends, you could arrange to share babysitting services a few times a month so that others in the group get some time alone. (xoxo)
2. Babysitters. Make a plan to have a babysitter that you trust watch your children once a month or once a week so that you can get some time for yourself. The key here is to take action and make it happen. If you want more time for yourself, you can get it. Just don’t be afraid to ask.
3. Gym with Babysitting Service. Find a gym that offers childcare so that you can take a yoga class, do some strength training, or even work with a personal trainer. Make sure you fully research the safety of their childcare program first though. Get some references.

Dealing With Stress

Salam :)

I am feeling a little bit of stress out right now
i am the worst - when it come to dealing with stress
i can go either crazy or totally in silent mode
i hate that i had to deal with jammed
back from work, i was stuck in ridiculous jammed situation
for almost an hour and went near to panic attack
i hate this feeling
i am a kind of girl that live in the most calm surrounding ever
i know this may sound small matter to you
but it is not for me
i almost cried
and i want to tell everyone

back home
all i think is i missed my workout today
i need to settle to wash clothes
to fold clothes
to get kids stuffs at the 'launch pad'
to hang the clothes (inside) due to rain
to make sure i dont miss a thing for tomorrow

uuuuhhh

i am tired
and .... more

i forgot ONE more important thing to do today
and some body cannot accept that
when it happened to him
i do back him up

hate this emotion
hate to deal with stress
i felt so 'left out'

if i choose not to do those things
i will blame myself
how bad i am
and how low my self esteem will be....

i just need some serious time out

they said :

Change the way you see your situation; seek alternative viewpoints
Stress is a reaction to events and problems, and you can lock yourself in to one way of viewing your situation. Seek an outside perspective of the situation, compare it with yours. and perhaps lessen your reaction to these conditions.

This is true for emotions and work. Sometimes you need to let your emotions out but still stay in control. read more

Express your feelings instead of bottling them up. If something or someone is bothering you, communicate your concerns in an open and respectful way. If you don’t voice your feelings, resentment will build and the situation will likely remain the same. read more

Time for me -
This is where you shut the world out and indulge yourself in some serious relaxation. Use candles and oil burners to create a nice atmosphere in your room. Tell the rest of the world to go take a hike and put on some calming music and kick-back with a good read, or watch a decent movie or solve a jigsaw puzzle or a quiz and you can even add-in something nice to eat! Taking a nice hot bath beforehand would be a superb addition. Once more, the aim is to indulge yourself in your present and place the outside world on hold. read more

Photo Therapy :) such a fun fact to share

Salam :)

i am actively blogging
i hope i can journal about...almost anything
that came through my mind
today
i accidentally tweet about
'photo therapy'
as usual i googled about it
and there is !!!

PhotoTherapy techniques are therapy practices that use people's personal snapshots, family albums, and pictures taken by others (and the feelings, thoughts, memories, and associations these photos evoke) as catalysts to deepen insight and enhance communication during their therapy or counseling sessions (conducted by trained mental health professionals), in ways not possible using words alone. (Photo Art Therapy techniques are art therapypractices based on a specialized adaptation of PhotoTherapy techniques that are used onlyby those with postgraduate training in Art Therapy).

Therapeutic Photography techniques are photographic practices done by people themselves (or helpers) in situations where the skills of a trained therapist or counselor are not needed, to increase their own self-knowledge and awareness, improve family and other relationships, activate positive social change and reduce social exclusion, strengthen communities, deepen intercultural relations, reduce conflict, bring attention to issues of social injustice, sharpen visual literacy skills, enhance education, promote well-being, expand qualitative research and prevention methodologies, and produce other kinds of photo-based healing and learning.

* Not limited to "paper photographs", these techniques can be used with any kind of photographic imagery, both still and moving -- including applications in VideoTherapy, Video Art Therapy, and/or Therapeutic Videography work, digital photos, cell phone pictures, DVDs, films -- as well as newer technologies yet to be invented...

original content is here

Each of the five PhotoTherapy techniques is directly related to the various relationships possible between person and camera (or, person and photograph) -- although in practice, these categories often naturally overlap:

1) Photos which have been taken or created by the client (whether actually using a camera to make the picture, or "taking" (appropriating) other people's images through gathering "found" photos from magazines, postcards, Internet images, digital manipulation, and so forth),

2) Photos which have been taken of the client by other people (whether posed on purpose or taken spontaneously while the person was unaware of being photographed -- but where people other than the client have made all the decisions about timing, content, location, and so forth),

3) Self-portraits, which means any kind of photos that clients have made of themselves, either literally or metaphorically (but where in all cases they themselves had total control and power over all aspects of the image's creation),

4) Family album and other photo-biographical collections (whether of birth family or family of choice; whether formally kept in albums or more "loosely" combined into narratives by placement on walls or refrigerator doors, inside wallets or desktop frames, into computer screens or family websites, and so forth) -- which were put together for the purpose of documenting the personal narrative of the client's life and the background from which they developed. Such albums have a "life" apart from, and far beyond, the individual images which comprise them; and, finally...

5) "Photo-Projectives", which is based on the fact that the meaning of any photo is primarily created by its viewer during their process of viewing it (or taking or even just planning it!). A viewer's perceptions and reactions in response to looking at any kind of photographic image are actually projected by that viewer, from "inside" their own unconscious inner map of reality (which determines how they make sense of what they see). Therefore, this technique is located not in a particular kind of photograph, but rather in the less-tangible interface between a photo and its viewer (or maker), that "place" where each person forms their own unique responses to what they see (reflecting both phenomenological and existential theory).

Start a lifetime of learning with a kindergarten kickoff to remember.

Count Down to Kindergarten

1. Make a "Me Mural" to strengthen your child's sense of self. On an oversized piece of paper, create a collage of his strengths, interests, favorite things, friends, family, home, or pets.
After-school Follow-up: Carve out a place for kindergarten in the mural. Add new friends, the teacher, or favorite parts of the school day.

2. Offer Ownership. As you are shopping for school supplies, let your child pick out the colors and styles she wants, and at home, customize them with craft materials. The night before school, let her organize and pack her own bag.

3. Create a Launch Pad. Find a corner in your house for your child's shoes, backpack, and lunchbag. Laminate a favorite drawing and place it on the floor for a fun and reassuring jumping-off point.
After-school Follow-up: Decorate the area with the fruits of each day — artwork, handwriting exercises, or awards. Or, compile your child's finest works in a "Best of" Binder and keep it in the nook.

4. Do a Dress Rehearsal. The first day doesn't have to be a big surprise. Pretend you're the new teacher by introducing yourself, going over the weather, reading a story, and making art projects. Before you know it, your child will forget about school jitters and focus on the prospect of enjoyable learning.
After-school Follow-up: Get others in on the act. Invite your child's friends to create art or improvise skits related to their school days.

5. Build Confidence with Books. Read stories about school or other new adventures. Referring to a favorite character's bravery may help your child pinpoint anxieties and summon his own courage in an unfamiliar situation.

After-school Follow-up: Write and illustrate a story about your child's first day. This exercise helps him voice fears and find ways to deal with them, or commemorate ways he conquered worries or mishaps. Including classmates as book characters may also help him develop empathy skills. Plus, the end result makes a wonderful keepsake!

6. Envision the Future with a Customized Calendar. Whether your school district mails out academic calendars, or you buy your own, personalize it by adding with holidays, birthdays, and other events. Tell your child that as the year progresses, together you can document school plays, assemblies, field trips, and her many accomplishments. Show her a school year that can, and will, contain a wealth of possibility.
After-school Follow-up: In addition to documenting standard landmarks, mark unexpected surprises. If the day was of personal importance, even for small reasons — she got ice cream, went to a new friend's house, or scored a goal on the playground — illustrate it!

7. Play the Name Game. Names will be an important lesson on the first day of school. Write a poem or make a picture illustrating with your child's name. Names are important social devices, and the more comfortable your child is with giving out his name, the better he can use it to meet other children.
After-school Follow-up: Write a short name poem or message for each child in the class and encourage your child to distribute them.

8. Make an "About Me" Booklet. Let your child's teacher know who she is and why she is excited about school. Crafting the booklet will let your child envision her new teacher in a friendly light and make her more at ease when they meet.

After-school Follow-Up: Make an "About My Teacher and Classroom" booklet. Challenge your child to remember as much as possible about the people in her life. Expanding the book throughout the year may help you understand your child's developing relationship with her teacher and her classmates.

9. Draw a Home-to-school Map. Create a poster of the route to school, complete with photos and illustrations of landmarks. If there are stores or parks along the way, visit them. This deepens your child's understanding of the connection between home and school, and will bolster his confidence as he learns to alternate between the two.
After-school Follow-Up: Do any of her new friends live along the route? Add their homes and pictures to the map.

10. Keep Confidence High with Photo Mementos. Take pictures of your kindergarten kickoff activities. Or stage a fashion shoot with your child's favorite clothes, friends, school supplies, artwork, and toys to help him remember, in the near and far future, who he is, where he comes from, and the support he has at home.
After-school Follow-up: Capture a new photo memento each week and compile them in an album.
Remember that the first day is not the only important period in the adjustment to school. Continuing to document the beginning days of school with your child — tracking highlights, finding day-to-day similarities and differences — will set a precedent for school day reflections and discussion.
